Steven Fadem
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fadem comes to Relegence with more than twenty five years of experience in the media, communications, entertainment and information services industries. Prior to Relegence he served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Global Decisions Group, a Clayton Dubilier & Rice portfolio company that provides high value financial information, analysis, research and consulting to the financial services and energy industries through it's subsidiaries MCM and CERA. Previously, he served as the President of NYNEX's cable and entertainment division after a stint as the Senior Vice President of Business affairs at Viacom Entertainment. Earlier, he served in senior business affairs and legal positions at Multimedia Entertainment, Warner Amex and Viacom. Mr. Fadem earned his BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his JD at the Emory School of Law.

Ian Holsman
Chief Technology Officer

Ian comes to relegence with over 20 years experience, 5 of those in sell-side brokers and 10 in large internet media companies. His area of focus include collective intelligence utilizing human and algorithmic sources. Ian also holds a MBA from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Michal Avny
General Manager, R&D Center

Ms. Avny holds overall responsibility for coordinating Relegence's Research and Development efforts. She has over 20 years experience in management, technology formulation and system architecture. She has managed complex projects designing the architecture of information management systems and developing component software. As a consultant, Ms. Avny has collaborated with Marquette, Verta Consulting Services, Vidar Systems Corp., Comsearch, Vantage Technologies, Disclosure & ICL. Ms. Avny holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science From Tel-Aviv University.

Jeff Cohen
Senior VP, Sales

Mr. Cohen heads the Relegence sales efforts, with overall responsibility for revenue growth. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in both Sales and Sales Management within the financial services industry. Before joining Relegence in 2002, Mr. Cohen was Practice Area Director/Head of Sales for the Professional Services division of Datamonitor, a UK-based market analysis firm traded on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he served as VP, Head of Sales for Zoologic. a leading provider of Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Risk Analysis financial training software and also spent more than 10 years at Moody's Investors Service in both Sales and Management roles.  


Alf Poor
SVP & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Poor oversees many aspects of Relegence operations, with an emphasis on content, editorial and client support. The teams under his management also support business units across the AOL & Time Warner family with content and editorial expertise that drives real-time experiences on some of their major online offerings. He joined Relegence in 2002 and comes with more than 10 years experience in management and operational roles in the banking and software industries. Prior to Relegence, Mr. Poor worked in several consulting and business development positions for a number of start-up companies in the financial services industry and held management positions with Associates Capital Corp., a division of Ford which was later acquired by Citicorp.

 

Larry Joyce
SVP, Products

Mr. Joyce joined Relegence in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Products. In this position, Mr. Joyce has overall product development and management responsibility for Relegence's core real-time news and information product family as well as new initiatives directed at integrating AOL products with Relegence leading-edge technology and services for the financial services industry. Prior to Relegence, Mr. Joyce was executive director for North American product development and strategy at Dow Jones Newswires. During a twelve year career at Dow Jones-both at Telerate and Newswires, Mr. Joyce led several strategic product and business development efforts, including the launch of private wealth management and institutional equities product offerings.
